Engagements & pricing · Peachtree Corners, GA

Next quarter, your board deck writes itself — because the model underneath it is finally yours.

Here's exactly what I build, what each piece costs, and how long it takes. No mystery retainer, no padded scope — you see the price before I touch a cell.

The work, in detail

Five ways I can take the numbers off your plate.

Numbers check-up

$950 flat

One working session · 1 week

Not sure which engagement you need? Start here. I get into your actual accounting and bank data for one session and come back with a short written read: where the cash gets tight, what's quietly leaking, and what I'd fix first.

  • Deep-dive into your books, bank data and pipeline
  • A plain-English memo of what I'd prioritize
  • The $950 credits toward any engagement booked within 30 days

Cash-flow clarity

From $2,400

Built in ~2 weeks

A rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast you can actually maintain, plus the burn and runway picture your board keeps asking about. Wired to your real bank data, not a tidied-up guess.

  • 13-week cash model tied to your bank feeds
  • Burn rate & runway dashboard
  • Live handoff so your team can keep it current
Scope this engagement

Board reporting & modeling

From $3,100

First pack in ~14 days

A board pack that reads cleanly and a model that updates without breaking — so every meeting starts from the same source of truth instead of three conflicting spreadsheets.

  • Quarterly board deck template & build
  • Driver-based operating model with base, upside and downside
  • Variance commentary that explains the “why,” not just the delta
Scope this engagement

Fractional CFO retainer

From $4,850/mo

Ongoing · cancel any month

Me on your team a few days a month — forecasting, reporting, investor and bank conversations — for founders who want one steady hand on the numbers instead of a new project every quarter.

  • Monthly close review & forecast refresh
  • Board & investor communications
  • On-call for the big financial decisions
  • The one-off engagements above, bundled at a steadier cadence
Talk through a retainer

Stamped on all of it

What comes with every engagement, no asterisks.

01

A one-page scope first

You approve the deliverable, the timeline and a flat price before I start. Nothing opens until you say go.

02

A live walkthrough

We review the finished work together so you own the logic — not just a file you're afraid to edit.

03

A file you keep

Every model and deck stays yours, built clean enough that your team can carry it forward without me.

04

Two weeks of follow-ups

Questions after handoff are included — the first fortnight is on me while the work settles into your rhythm.

One decision most founders ask about

A one-off engagement, or a monthly retainer?

  One-off engagement Monthly retainer
Best when You've got one clear thing to fix — a forecast, a raise, a board pack. The numbers need a steady hand every month, not a one-time build.
Billing Flat price per scope, invoiced on agreement. From $4,850/mo, cancel any month with notice.
Cadence Days to a few weeks, then done. A few days a month, ongoing.
You get One finished deliverable you keep. Rolling forecast, monthly close review and me on-call.
Investor & bank calls Included in the fundraise package. Included every month.

Before you book

The questions I get asked most.

Is a fixed price really fixed?

Yes. The one-page scope locks the deliverable and the price before I start. If we discover the work is genuinely bigger than we scoped, I stop and we re-agree before anything changes — you never get a surprise invoice.

How fast can you turn something around?

A numbers check-up is one week. A cash-flow model or first board pack is usually about two weeks from kickoff. A full fundraise package runs three to four weeks, plus live support through your diligence calls.

Do I need clean books before we start?

No. Reconciling and cleaning up the historicals is part of the work — especially in the fundraise package. If your books are a mess, the check-up is the honest place to begin so we both know what we're walking into.

What accounting tools do you work in?

I build in QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite environments, and I model in Google Sheets or Excel — whichever your team already lives in. The point is a file you can maintain, not one locked inside my software.

Can I start with one engagement and move to a retainer later?

That's how most founders do it. We start with the one thing that's on fire, and if it makes sense to keep me on, the retainer bundles these engagements at a steadier monthly cadence. No pressure to commit up front.

Ready when you are

Tell me which piece is on fire — I'll scope it on the call.

One intro call, no obligation. If a fixed engagement is the right fit, I'll price it on the spot. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
